When you find that your actual name of your company is not perfect for your business, then you may change the name of your company to somethings else that you want. However, changes made to the name of your company may put greater impact in higher audience level by targeting new markets. By passing a special resolution a company can change its name. That copy of the resolution should be sent to the companies house with form NM01 along with the registration fee. Next step, the registrar takes the charge of making the new name registration in place of old one and issues a certificate for the change of name. It takes maximum of 10 days for the change of name.
